The Align Pilates Head Block is an essential addition to any Pilates studio. Highly versatile, this small Pilates Block (also known as a foam cushion) can be used as a head block, between the knees, to help correct pelvic tilt or to improve alignment and posture. It is also suitable for yoga, rehabilitation, physiotherapy and athletic conditioning purposes.

The 6" x 9" block is made from a combination of EVA and TPE foam which offers a softer cushioning compared to a full EVA block.
